Shanthini Jerald is passionate about Early Childhood Education and has been pivotal in introducing an innovative Indo-Western curriculum, blending traditional Indian values with modern Western educational practices. This curriculum has proven highly successful, particularly for Foundation Years students. It fosters a well-rounded development approach, combining academic rigor with emotional intelligence, creativity, and personal development.
Shanthini Jerald holds multiple advanced qualifications, including an M.A., PGDECE, DTTE, B.Ed., along with specialized certifications in Psychology, School Administration, and Career Counseling. She is a Certified Career Counselor from Australia, and a Theology from USA. Additionally, she is a Diploma holder in Psychology, with a keen interest in understanding the emotional and cognitive needs of students. Her expertise extends to Curriculum Design and Research and Development, where she has designed innovative, student-centric curricula that foster both academic excellence and holistic growth.
In addition to her leadership and administrative roles, she has extensive experience as an Oxford Language Course Trainer London -UK where she trained students for exams, with all of them securing First Class results. Furthermore, she has developed the Art of Parenting – Distinctive Program, which has proven to be a valuable resource for both parents and educators in fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment. She was rated as one of the Top Educationalists in 2016 by The Times of India, a recognition of her dedication to improving both educational and parenting practices.
Her leadership goes beyond administrative duties, as she is also passionate about Counseling and Guidance, helping students navigate academic challenges and personal growth. Her experience as a Model School Developer for Foundation Years has established her as a pioneer in setting up schools that cater to the critical early years of a child’s education.
Additionally, she worked as a Business Associate with TUV Rhineland, Germany, where she was working on psychometric tests for students. This initiative was focused on assessing students’ learning profiles, strengths, and areas for improvement, helping to tailor educational strategies for their personalized growth and success.
