The school is run by Jnanasarovara Education Trust with Mr.Sudhakar .S.Shetty being its chairman and Mrs.Sukhalatha Shetty as Secretary.

Mr. Sudhakar S .Shetty - The Chairman of JIRSM is a man of substance who as a leader of hospitality industry contributed immensely to the growth of Mysore, majestically transformed himself as a cult educationist and visionary of the modern era.

He is the pioneer of many educational and cultural institutions in Mysore.  He is the Treasurer of Development Committee, Government Maharani's College of Science for Women, Mysore, Member, Advisory Board, Vidya Vikas Engineering College, Mysore, Trustee, Ganapathi Sachidananda Ashram Educational institutions, President, Dakshina Kannada Jilla Sangha, President, and Mysore District Hotel Owners' Association.

Mrs. Sukalatha S. Shetty - Secretary JIRSM, a post-graduate in Political Science is a leading women entrepreneur in Mysore. Better half of Mr. Sudhakar S. Shetty; she is the proficient foil to her illustrious husband. Besides being a trustee, she is also the Secretary of Jnanasarovara Educational Trust. She is well thought-out as the mother of the Institution. Mrs. Sukalatha Shetty contributes to the finest to ensure the homely atmosphere at the campus.

Dr. K. Shivappa Shetty -   Former Director of Instruction, UAS, Bangalore-Director, JIRSM. Having studied B.Sc. (Ag) in the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, Dr. Shetty went on to earn two Masters in Agriculture - one at the UAS, Bangalore and another at Butger's University, New Jersey, USA. He returned to the UAS to complete his Doctorate at the College of Post-Graduate Studies at the UAS, Bangalore in 1982.
Dr. Shetty has been involved in establishing of the School and provides expertise for managing the School.

Prof K.A.Nagendra Rao – Professor Rao is an Educational Co – Ordinator and  Member of the Management Council, Jnanasarovara International Residential School.
He is a Retired Professor & Head of the Department of Bio-Chemistry, Maharani's Science College, Mysore and is the Syndicate Member, Mysore University. Professor Rao is an  Ex. Senate Member, Mysore University, Ex. Academic Council Member, Mangalore University He has been in the field of Education for past 38 Years.

Mr. Mukund - Administrative Officer, Jnanasarovara International Residential School.

Mr. Pavan Shetty - An Engineering Graduate & Guitarist, with plethora of energy and proactive plans,  is the youngest & vibrant Trustee of Jnanasarovara Educational Trust.

Principal - Jnanasarovara International Residential School, is the  Member of Management Council of Jnanasarovara International Residential School.
