Having been satisfied, the parents can have access to the enquiry form and the application form which has to be duly filled in and mailed to the administration with a money transfer of Rs. 500/-(Application) and Rs. 5000/-(for Registration).

Having completed the formalities of Registration the parents can visit the site (Campus) for further procedure of admission at the earliest (April/May).

The essential criteria for admission, requirements of the child and safe guarding the expectations of the parents are being described at length to ensure and justify the decision of admission.

The satisfied parents can further proceed to move ahead with the procedure of seeking the application and Registering the child’s candidature for the ensuing academic year.

The admission procedure for a prospective parent completes on receipt of the duly filled in application. The parents are briefed about the essential documents, reporting date and the items to be brought by the residential children.

1. The most essential criteria for admitting the child is the qualifying examination progress card.
2. The decision of the admission committee regarding the child’s candidature and the parent’s acceptance of the stipulations laid by the management  of the school.
3. The outcome of the evaluation test for standard (V to XII) admissions.
4. Summation of the child’s previous 3years progress cards.
5. Parent’s background and specific remarks of their wards.
6. For entry into KG, the student must have attained the age of 3 years & 10 months by June.

Parents are requested to submit the required documents and follow the procedures embarked below to facilitate us to consider admission for their children.

1.      1.    Duly filled in application form of Registration.

2.       2.   Passport size (15) photographs of the Child, Parents photographs (2each), Guardian’s photographs (2 No.).

3.       3.   The pattern of entrance tests for admission to JIRSM will be as follows:

                                                               i.      For Std V              :               English & Mathematics

                                                             ii.      For VI to XII           :               English, Mathematics & Science.

4.       4.   Furnishing of the essential documents required for admission.

a.       Transfer Certificate in case of domestic students.

b.      School leaving certificates in case of NRI’s and Foreigner’s.

c.       Original Birth Certificate.

d.      Original Marks Card of the Qualified Examination.

e.      Address proof of the parents.

5.   Non acceptance and delayed response will result in the seat being allotted for the next child in waiting.

Regarding Fee:  

• Refund of fees will not be entertained under any circumstance once the admission procedure is completed.

• The school expects payment of fees on time (stipulated Date to be adhered).

• Before the end of the academic year the entre backlog office should be updated.

• Occasional cost incurred by the children (loss of books, damage to the school property etc.) and students expenditure will be billed to the parents.

• Expenses towards excursions, pocket-money, uniform, telephone, travel etc. must be paid in advance.
